Rights
In March 2005, CMJ gave permission to Zac Gochenour for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Brian told Zac,
"Hey, Just a quick note, I was on www.archive.com and noticed that we are on the unconfirmed list. Would you get back with them and say that we're cool with having a recordings done, or is that handled in a different way? Appreciate the efforts. Brian Massie CMJ"
Brian also told Diana:
"Thank you so much for your help in getting CMJ on the Archive. As far as uploads are concerned, anyone is free to upload shows. As far as "lossy" copies are concerned, we welcome it. Whatever can be done to increase exposure, we're all for it."
